February 9^th 2008 Meeting Minutes

Members in Attendance:

Dave Anttila, Jeff Mungovan, Mark Stone, Will Butler, Steve Flood, and John O’neil.

The meeting started at 11:20 AM.

The Meeting dates for 2008 list. And the updated CB and Amateur Club operations list was handed out.

Jeff stated that the club still needs A Membership Coordinator, Treasurer and a Newsletter editor.

John O’neil offered to be the Club Treasurer. John was thanked and advised a vote is needed and will occur In March.

The 2008 Election of officers. Will occur in March.

The Membership was advised that Sam Bordner has offered to be the Club Photographer.

No one had any negative feedback.

The Brunch Program subject was opened and was talked about. Dunkin Donuts in Jaffrey is the new Location. 3^rd Saturday of the month. Meet between 8 and 9AM. Possibly to be Every Saturday. Use CB Channel 13 and 146.5350 VIA: Amateur Radio for the talk ins.

Mark Stone Gave an Update on the Website and the Forum. Along with the status of the KB1FAR Repeater.

Mark requested that a suggestion be added to Article 2 of the By-Laws. This will be voted on in March.

Meeting ended at 11:45 AM.

The Dunkin Donuts gift card winner was Dave Anttila.
